About this website

trainstackapp.com is published and operated by TrainStack. It describes our creator partnership model and allows creators to apply to be considered for one.

TrainStack is a trading name of RNM Rainmaker GmbH, a limited liability company registered in Austria under FN 505325 a at the Handelsgericht Wien, with its registered office at Auerspergstraße 1, 1080 Wien, Austria and VAT number ATU73951636. "We" and "us" in these terms mean that company. The full disclosure required by Austrian law is on the Imprint page.

The fastest address for everything to do with this site - questions, applications and complaints - is office@trainstackapp.com, and it reaches a person rather than a queue. Formal legal notices may also be sent to the registered office above.

Applications are not offers

Submitting an application does not create a contract, a partnership, or any obligation on either side. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion. Partnerships begin only when both parties sign a written agreement.

Descriptions of the partnership model on this site are indicative. Actual scope, responsibilities, revenue-share terms and deductions are set out in that agreement, which takes precedence over anything published here.

No guarantees

Nothing on this site is a guarantee of income, subscriber numbers, app-store approval, launch dates or business outcomes. Any figures shown in product illustrations are examples, not projections. Subscription performance depends on factors including audience fit, pricing, content quality, promotion and retention.

Your submissions

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate, that it is yours to share, and that sharing it does not breach anyone else’s rights or any agreement you are party to. Please do not send confidential material through the application form; where confidentiality is needed we will put an agreement in place first.

You retain ownership of everything you submit. You grant us permission to use it solely to assess your application and to communicate with you about it.

Intellectual property

The TrainStack name, logo, site design, text and interface illustrations are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, republish or create derivative works from them without written permission, other than ordinary use of the site.

Brand names shown in illustrative product examples are fictional and are used only to demonstrate design flexibility.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading or automated applications.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not interfere with the site’s operation, including by scraping, overloading endpoints, or circumventing rate limits or spam protection.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful.

Availability and third-party links

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. The site links to third-party services we do not control and are not responsible for.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue or business arising from use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where the law that applies to you does not permit an exclusion set out above, that exclusion does not apply to you and the rest of these terms stands.

Disputes

These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. RNM Rainmaker GmbH is established in Vienna, Austria, so that is our home jurisdiction.

Where you are acting in the course of a business, the courts having subject-matter jurisdiction for Vienna Inner City (Wien Innere Stadt) have exclusive jurisdiction.

Where you are a consumer, that choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and it does not change where you may sue or be sued: you keep the courts your own law gives you, and we may bring a claim against you only where you are domiciled. Nothing on this page takes away a right or a remedy your local law gives you.

If something about this website goes wrong, write to office@trainstackapp.com before anything else. Most complaints are quicker to settle directly than through any court.

A partnership is different. The written partnership agreement names the contracting party and sets the governing law and forum for that relationship, and those terms - not these - control it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
