What it costs you
Do I ever pay TrainStack anything?
No. Not upfront, not monthly, not after launch. There is no development fee, no licence fee, no retainer and no invoice at any stage. TrainStack funds the build and the running of the app and is paid only out of the subscriptions your members buy - so if the app earns nothing, we earn nothing. The only things you put in are your audience, your training content and your promotion. This is also why partnerships are selective: we carry the money risk, so we only take on products we believe can support both sides.
How does revenue sharing work?
Members pay for monthly or annual access to your app. App-store fees, payment-processing fees, taxes, refunds and chargebacks may be deducted, and the remaining net revenue is shared between you and TrainStack. Nothing flows in the other direction - you are never billed. The exact split and every deduction are agreed in writing before development begins.
Who sets the subscription price?
You do. The plans, the price points, the trial length and any promotional offers are your call - it is your audience and your relationship with them. We advise from what we have seen work across pricing, trials, conversion and retention, and we operate the billing, but we do not decide what your members are charged. The agreed structure is documented before launch and you can revisit it as the product matures.
Does TrainStack guarantee subscriber revenue?
No. Subscription performance depends on audience fit, pricing, content quality, promotion and retention. What we can say is that the financial risk of building the product sits with us, not with you: we fund the build and are paid only if members subscribe. But no earnings, subscriber numbers or business outcomes are guaranteed.

Ownership and control
Is this a platform I am joining, or my own app?
It is your own app. There is no TrainStack marketplace, no shared directory, no other creators alongside you, and no TrainStack branding on the home screen. Your members download an app with your name on it, subscribe to you, and stay inside your product. TrainStack is the company that builds and operates it in the background - not a platform you are listed on and not a brand your audience has to trust instead of yours.
Who owns my content?
You do. Your brand, programs, exercise library, photography and video remain yours. TrainStack is granted the licence it needs to operate the app and distribute it through the app stores for the duration of the partnership. Ownership terms are set out in the partnership agreement.
Can the app use my branding?
That is the point of the product. The app name, icon, colour, typography, imagery, tone and store listing are built around your identity. Members download your app, not a TrainStack app with your logo added.

Building and running the app
Who handles technical maintenance?
TrainStack, at no cost to you. Hosting, infrastructure, security updates, operating-system compatibility, app-store releases, billing operations and technical support are all handled by us for the duration of the partnership.
How long does a launch usually take?
Timelines depend on the scope of the product, how much of your content is ready, app-store review, and how quickly feedback comes back during the build. We agree an indicative schedule during the first stage and keep you updated, but we do not promise a fixed launch date.
Is TrainStack available internationally?
We work with creators in most countries and the apps we operate are distributed internationally. Availability, payment methods, tax treatment and payout arrangements depend on your country and are confirmed before an agreement is signed.
What happens if the partnership ends?
The agreement defines notice periods, what happens to active subscribers, how remaining revenue is settled, and how your content is returned or removed. These terms are written and agreed before development begins, not negotiated at the end.

Fit and content
Do I need a specific number of followers?
No. We look at engagement, trust, content consistency and commercial fit rather than a follower threshold. A focused audience that acts on your recommendations is more valuable than a large audience that does not.
What content do I need to provide?
At minimum: your training programs in a structured form, exercise demonstrations, and the brand assets that define how you look and sound. Most partners also supply premium content such as technique breakdowns, recipes or nutrition guidance. If your material exists but is not organised, we will help you structure it during the first stage.
Can I update my programs later?
Yes, and you should. New blocks, challenges, seasonal programs and fresh premium content are the main reasons members renew. We agree a workflow for adding and updating content as part of ongoing operation.

No more questions?
Applying takes about a minute. We read every application and reply either way.
Partnerships are selective and subject to audience, brand, content, and commercial fit.
