Partnership
We carry the risk. You keep the control.
TrainStack funds, designs, builds and operates your app. You supply the brand, the training content and the promotion - and you keep the decisions that matter: your name on it, your pricing, your membership rules, your release schedule.
You never pay us anything. Not upfront, not monthly, not ever. We are paid only out of the subscriptions your members buy, so the money risk of building the product is ours and we start earning at the moment the app starts earning for you.
That structure only works when both sides deliver, which is why partnerships are selective and why every term is agreed in writing before development begins.
Two sides. One product.

Approved partners never pay TrainStack. Not to build it. Not to run it.
No development fee, no monthly fee, no licence, no invoice at any stage. We are paid only from the subscriptions your members buy - so we start earning at the moment the app starts earning for you.
Partnerships are selective and subject to audience, brand, content, and commercial fit.
You never pay us a cent.
You never pay TrainStack
No upfront development fee, no monthly fee, no licence, no retainer. There is no point in this partnership at which we send you an invoice.
We are paid only from subscriptions
Our only source of income is the money your members pay for access. Until the app earns for you, it earns nothing for us.
The build risk is ours
TrainStack funds the design, development and operation of the app. If it never takes off, we carry that cost - you are not left with a bill for a product that did not work.
You set the price
Plans, trials and promotions are your decision. We advise from what we have seen convert; we do not set what your audience is charged.
Terms and deductions in writing, up front
The split, and every deduction that comes before it - app-store fees, payment processing, taxes, refunds, chargebacks - is documented and signed before development begins. No surprises after launch.
Important
Subscription performance depends on audience fit, pricing, content quality, promotion, and retention. TrainStack does not guarantee earnings.
What we assess.
- 01
Audience quality
We look at how your audience responds to you - saves, replies, questions, past purchases - before we look at totals.
- 02
Content depth
Whether there is enough training substance to fill a subscription, and whether it can keep being produced.
- 03
Brand clarity
A recognisable identity and a point of view we can design a product around.
- 04
Commercial fit
Whether the pricing you want to charge and a realistic conversion rate can support a product for both sides.
- 05
Working relationship
Partnerships run for years. We take on the ones we expect to enjoy running.
Who we work with.
- Fitness influencers
- Online coaches
- Personal trainers
- Athletes
- Workout educators
- Mobility specialists
- Running coaches
- Strength coaches
- Nutrition-focused fitness creators
- Creators with an established fitness community

An audience that shows up is the asset. The product is what keeps them.
- An engaged audience
- People who reply, ask questions and act on what you publish. Engagement predicts subscriptions far better than follower count.
- Consistent fitness content
- A publishing rhythm you can sustain. A product launched into silence has nothing to grow on.
- A recognisable method
- A point of view on training that your audience could describe back to you in a sentence.
- Willingness to promote
- Comfort putting the product in front of your audience repeatedly, not once at launch.
- Structured training content
- The ability to supply programs, progressions and demonstrations - or to work with us to shape what you already have.
- Interest in recurring revenue
- A preference for building a subscription base over selling one-off plans.
Apply for a partnership
One short form, nothing to pay at any point. Tell us who you are and where to find you, and we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.
