Your app.Your prices.Your rules.

This is not a platform you join or an influencer programme you get listed on. It is your own subscription fitness app: your name, your training, your pricing, your members. TrainStack builds it, pays for it and runs it - and earns nothing until it earns for you.

Turn your fitness audience into a product you own.

Reach is rented. A platform changes its ranking and a month of work disappears; a sponsorship ends and the income ends with it; a plan launch pays once and then resets to zero.

Your own app changes the shape of the business. Not another platform to be a creator on - your product, your name, your pricing, your rules. The people who already train with you pay to keep training with you, inside something that stays yours.

And it costs you nothing to find out whether it works: we build and fund it, and we are paid only when your members are paying you.

  • Your app, not a slot in someone else’s

This is not a platform you join, a marketplace you get listed on, or an influencer programme you sign up to. It is your own app, under your own name, with no other creators competing for attention beside you.

  • Your prices. Your rules.

You set the price, the plans, the trials, the promotions, the membership rules and the release schedule. Nothing about how you charge your audience is decided for you.

  • Revenue that repeats

Monthly and annual subscriptions replace one-time plan sales. Every launch adds to a base instead of resetting it to zero the following month.

  • Training with structure

Programs, phases, progressions and an exercise library your members follow week to week - the difference between content people watch and training people finish.

  • Your members, reached directly

Announcements and new releases arrive inside the app - no feed placement, no reach penalty. If a platform has a bad month, your subscription base is still there.

  • €0 from you. Now and always.

No build fee, no monthly fee, no licence, no invoice at any point. TrainStack pays for the design, the development and the running of the app, and is paid only out of the subscriptions your members buy. If the app earns nothing, we have earned nothing - the money risk of building it is ours, not yours. All you put in is your audience and your training.

A chalked hand gripping a loaded barbell, lit from one side in a dark gym.

The audience is already yours. The business should be too.

Everything a paying member expects. Under your name.

Members do not subscribe to features. They subscribe because the training is clear, the progress is visible, and the product belongs to the person they follow - not to a platform that person happens to be on.

Opens on your world, not ours

Members land on a home screen built around your training: what is scheduled today, where they are in the current block, and what you have released this week.

Today’s sessionCurrent blockNew releasesStreaks
The app home screen: today's nutrition against target, the selected workout with a start button, and the week's training split.

Multi-week structure, not a folder of videos

Build programs in phases and weeks, with progressions, substitutions and rest days. Members follow a plan with a beginning and an end, which is what keeps them subscribed.

PhasesWeeksProgressionsSubstitutionsRest days
A set being logged mid-session: the current exercise and set, the previous performance for comparison, a weight stepper, and a finish-set button.

Session logging - from the live app

Every set is logged against what the member lifted last time, so progression is visible in the moment rather than reconstructed afterwards.

Every set, rep and load recorded

Weight, reps, RPE and notes are logged as members train. Last session values appear next to the current set so progression is obvious without a spreadsheet.

Built for the middle of a session

Rest timers, intervals, EMOM and circuit modes, tonnage and estimated one-rep-max trends - designed to be readable with a barbell waiting.

A coach correcting a lifter's set-up position during a session.

Coaching does not stop when the session does.

Nutrition that matches the training

Calorie and macro targets, a searchable food database and barcode entry. Publish your own recipes and meal guidance, and the app suggests them against what a member has left to eat that day.

Proof the work is working

Body metrics, progress photos, strength curves and streaks. Members who can see progress renew; members who cannot, do not.

CaloriesMacrosRecipesBarcode entryBody metricsPhotosStreaks
The food tracker: calories logged against the daily target, protein, carb and fat totals, and the day's entries.
Progress charts: training volume over time, volume broken down by muscle group, and the best set recorded.

Everything you make, in one place

Technique breakdowns, mobility sessions, mindset work, PDFs and long-form video - released on your schedule and reserved for paying members.

Your pricing, our billing

You decide the monthly and annual plans, the trial length and the promotional pricing. TrainStack operates all of it - upgrades, cancellations, renewals, failed payments and member support.

Speak to your members directly

Publish an update or push a notification when a new block drops, a challenge opens, or a live session is scheduled. It arrives without competing for placement.

The numbers that decide the next release

Active subscribers, trials, conversion, retention by cohort, and which programs get finished. You see what is working before you plan the next launch.

Figures shown are illustrative - not a performance projection

Built around your brand - not ours.

No TrainStack logo on the home screen. No shared marketplace, no directory of other creators, nothing for your audience to trust before they trust you. The product is designed from your identity outward, so it reads as the natural extension of everything you already publish.

How the product speaks to your members

From first conversation to live subscriptions.

Four stages, in order. Nothing is built before the concept and the commercial terms are agreed, and nothing reaches your audience before you have signed it off.
  1. Stage 01: Define the concept

We understand your audience, training method, content, pricing, and launch goals.

  2. Stage 02: Build the experience

TrainStack prepares the branded app, subscription flow, content structure, and launch assets.

  3. Stage 03: Launch to your audience

You introduce the app through your channels using a coordinated launch campaign.

  4. Stage 04: Grow subscription revenue

We operate and improve the product while both sides earn from active subscriptions.

Two sides. One product.

A partnership only works when both sides know exactly what they are responsible for. You bring the audience and the training. We bring the money, the technology and the work of running it. This is the split, written plainly.

You bring

  • Your brandName, identity and the trust behind it

Approved partners never pay TrainStack. Not to build it. Not to run it.

No development fee, no monthly fee, no licence, no invoice at any stage. We are paid only from the subscriptions your members buy - so we start earning at the moment the app starts earning for you.

Partnerships are selective and subject to audience, brand, content, and commercial fit.

You never pay us a cent.

We are paid out of the same subscriptions you are, and out of nothing else - so we only start earning when your app starts earning for you. That single fact decides how we scope the product, what we build first, and how hard we work after launch.
  1. You never pay TrainStack

No upfront development fee, no monthly fee, no licence, no retainer. There is no point in this partnership at which we send you an invoice.

  2. We are paid only from subscriptions

Our only source of income is the money your members pay for access. Until the app earns for you, it earns nothing for us.

  3. The build risk is ours

TrainStack funds the design, development and operation of the app. If it never takes off, we carry that cost - you are not left with a bill for a product that did not work.

  4. You set the price

Plans, trials and promotions are your decision. We advise from what we have seen convert; we do not set what your audience is charged.

  5. Terms and deductions in writing, up front

The split, and every deduction that comes before it - app-store fees, payment processing, taxes, refunds, chargebacks - is documented and signed before development begins. No surprises after launch.

Important

Subscription performance depends on audience fit, pricing, content quality, promotion, and retention. TrainStack does not guarantee earnings.

Who we work with.

There is no required niche. Strength, endurance, mobility, home training, nutrition-led coaching - what matters is that your audience trusts your method and acts on it.
  • Fitness influencers
  • Online coaches
  • Personal trainers
  • Athletes
  • Workout educators
  • Mobility specialists
  • Running coaches
  • Strength coaches
  • Nutrition-focused fitness creators
  • Creators with an established fitness community

An audience that shows up is the asset. The product is what keeps them.

An engaged audience
People who reply, ask questions and act on what you publish. Engagement predicts subscriptions far better than follower count.
Consistent fitness content
A publishing rhythm you can sustain. A product launched into silence has nothing to grow on.
A recognisable method
A point of view on training that your audience could describe back to you in a sentence.
Willingness to promote
Comfort putting the product in front of your audience repeatedly, not once at launch.
Structured training content
The ability to supply programs, progressions and demonstrations - or to work with us to shape what you already have.
Interest in recurring revenue
A preference for building a subscription base over selling one-off plans.

Answers before you apply.

If something here is not clear enough, ask us directly. We would rather answer a hard question now than after an agreement is signed.

Do I ever pay TrainStack anything?

No. Not upfront, not monthly, not after launch. There is no development fee, no licence fee, no retainer and no invoice at any stage. TrainStack funds the build and the running of the app and is paid only out of the subscriptions your members buy - so if the app earns nothing, we earn nothing. The only things you put in are your audience, your training content and your promotion. This is also why partnerships are selective: we carry the money risk, so we only take on products we believe can support both sides.

How does revenue sharing work?

Members pay for monthly or annual access to your app. App-store fees, payment-processing fees, taxes, refunds and chargebacks may be deducted, and the remaining net revenue is shared between you and TrainStack. Nothing flows in the other direction - you are never billed. The exact split and every deduction are agreed in writing before development begins.

Is this a platform I am joining, or my own app?

It is your own app. There is no TrainStack marketplace, no shared directory, no other creators alongside you, and no TrainStack branding on the home screen. Your members download an app with your name on it, subscribe to you, and stay inside your product. TrainStack is the company that builds and operates it in the background - not a platform you are listed on and not a brand your audience has to trust instead of yours.

Who owns my content?

You do. Your brand, programs, exercise library, photography and video remain yours. TrainStack is granted the licence it needs to operate the app and distribute it through the app stores for the duration of the partnership. Ownership terms are set out in the partnership agreement.

Can the app use my branding?

That is the point of the product. The app name, icon, colour, typography, imagery, tone and store listing are built around your identity. Members download your app, not a TrainStack app with your logo added.

Who sets the subscription price?

You do. The plans, the price points, the trial length and any promotional offers are your call - it is your audience and your relationship with them. We advise from what we have seen work across pricing, trials, conversion and retention, and we operate the billing, but we do not decide what your members are charged. The agreed structure is documented before launch and you can revisit it as the product matures.

Your audience is already training with you.

Give them somewhere to stay.

Your own subscription fitness app - your brand, your prices, your rules. TrainStack pays for it, builds it and runs it, and earns only when it earns for you.
