This is not a platform you join or an influencer programme you get listed on. It is your own subscription fitness app: your name, your training, your pricing, your members. TrainStack builds it, pays for it and runs it - and earns nothing until it earns for you.
Reach is rented. A platform changes its ranking and a month of work disappears; a sponsorship ends and the income ends with it; a plan launch pays once and then resets to zero.
Your own app changes the shape of the business. Not another platform to be a creator on - your product, your name, your pricing, your rules. The people who already train with you pay to keep training with you, inside something that stays yours.
And it costs you nothing to find out whether it works: we build and fund it, and we are paid only when your members are paying you.
This is not a platform you join, a marketplace you get listed on, or an influencer programme you sign up to. It is your own app, under your own name, with no other creators competing for attention beside you.
You set the price, the plans, the trials, the promotions, the membership rules and the release schedule. Nothing about how you charge your audience is decided for you.
Monthly and annual subscriptions replace one-time plan sales. Every launch adds to a base instead of resetting it to zero the following month.
Programs, phases, progressions and an exercise library your members follow week to week - the difference between content people watch and training people finish.
Announcements and new releases arrive inside the app - no feed placement, no reach penalty. If a platform has a bad month, your subscription base is still there.
No build fee, no monthly fee, no licence, no invoice at any point. TrainStack pays for the design, the development and the running of the app, and is paid only out of the subscriptions your members buy. If the app earns nothing, we have earned nothing - the money risk of building it is ours, not yours. All you put in is your audience and your training.

The audience is already yours. The business should be too.
Members land on a home screen built around your training: what is scheduled today, where they are in the current block, and what you have released this week.

Build programs in phases and weeks, with progressions, substitutions and rest days. Members follow a plan with a beginning and an end, which is what keeps them subscribed.

Session logging - from the live app
Every set is logged against what the member lifted last time, so progression is visible in the moment rather than reconstructed afterwards.
Weight, reps, RPE and notes are logged as members train. Last session values appear next to the current set so progression is obvious without a spreadsheet.
Rest timers, intervals, EMOM and circuit modes, tonnage and estimated one-rep-max trends - designed to be readable with a barbell waiting.

Coaching does not stop when the session does.
Calorie and macro targets, a searchable food database and barcode entry. Publish your own recipes and meal guidance, and the app suggests them against what a member has left to eat that day.
Body metrics, progress photos, strength curves and streaks. Members who can see progress renew; members who cannot, do not.

Technique breakdowns, mobility sessions, mindset work, PDFs and long-form video - released on your schedule and reserved for paying members.
You decide the monthly and annual plans, the trial length and the promotional pricing. TrainStack operates all of it - upgrades, cancellations, renewals, failed payments and member support.
Publish an update or push a notification when a new block drops, a challenge opens, or a live session is scheduled. It arrives without competing for placement.
Active subscribers, trials, conversion, retention by cohort, and which programs get finished. You see what is working before you plan the next launch.

Nine decisions define how a product feels - and what it charges. On a TrainStack partnership, every one of them is yours to make, and none of them needs our approval.
We understand your audience, training method, content, pricing, and launch goals.
TrainStack prepares the branded app, subscription flow, content structure, and launch assets.
You introduce the app through your channels using a coordinated launch campaign.
We operate and improve the product while both sides earn from active subscriptions.
Approved partners never pay TrainStack. Not to build it. Not to run it.
No development fee, no monthly fee, no licence, no invoice at any stage. We are paid only from the subscriptions your members buy - so we start earning at the moment the app starts earning for you.
Partnerships are selective and subject to audience, brand, content, and commercial fit.
No upfront development fee, no monthly fee, no licence, no retainer. There is no point in this partnership at which we send you an invoice.
Our only source of income is the money your members pay for access. Until the app earns for you, it earns nothing for us.
TrainStack funds the design, development and operation of the app. If it never takes off, we carry that cost - you are not left with a bill for a product that did not work.
Plans, trials and promotions are your decision. We advise from what we have seen convert; we do not set what your audience is charged.
The split, and every deduction that comes before it - app-store fees, payment processing, taxes, refunds, chargebacks - is documented and signed before development begins. No surprises after launch.
Important
Subscription performance depends on audience fit, pricing, content quality, promotion, and retention. TrainStack does not guarantee earnings.

An audience that shows up is the asset. The product is what keeps them.
No. Not upfront, not monthly, not after launch. There is no development fee, no licence fee, no retainer and no invoice at any stage. TrainStack funds the build and the running of the app and is paid only out of the subscriptions your members buy - so if the app earns nothing, we earn nothing. The only things you put in are your audience, your training content and your promotion. This is also why partnerships are selective: we carry the money risk, so we only take on products we believe can support both sides.
Members pay for monthly or annual access to your app. App-store fees, payment-processing fees, taxes, refunds and chargebacks may be deducted, and the remaining net revenue is shared between you and TrainStack. Nothing flows in the other direction - you are never billed. The exact split and every deduction are agreed in writing before development begins.
It is your own app. There is no TrainStack marketplace, no shared directory, no other creators alongside you, and no TrainStack branding on the home screen. Your members download an app with your name on it, subscribe to you, and stay inside your product. TrainStack is the company that builds and operates it in the background - not a platform you are listed on and not a brand your audience has to trust instead of yours.
You do. Your brand, programs, exercise library, photography and video remain yours. TrainStack is granted the licence it needs to operate the app and distribute it through the app stores for the duration of the partnership. Ownership terms are set out in the partnership agreement.
That is the point of the product. The app name, icon, colour, typography, imagery, tone and store listing are built around your identity. Members download your app, not a TrainStack app with your logo added.
You do. The plans, the price points, the trial length and any promotional offers are your call - it is your audience and your relationship with them. We advise from what we have seen work across pricing, trials, conversion and retention, and we operate the billing, but we do not decide what your members are charged. The agreed structure is documented before launch and you can revisit it as the product matures.
Give them somewhere to stay.
